Want to bring APEX to your city? We are actively evaluating new markets and venues for future competitions. If you have access to a facility or believe your city would be a strong fit, please complete the form below and our team will review the opportunity.

APEX events are typically held on Saturday mornings and require a track facility with a turf field in the center, strong travel access, and enough space to host 500+ athletes, staff, spectators, vendors, and event operations.

Event Timing / Access

Is the facility available on Saturdays?

APEX events typically require Saturday access from approximately 6:00 AM–4:00 PM. Could the venue support this?

Typical event schedule

  • Staff arrival and setup: approximately 6:00 AM
  • Athlete check-in: approximately 7:00 AM
  • Competition begins: approximately 8:00 AM
  • Competition concludes: early afternoon
  • Breakdown completed: approximately 2:00–2:30 PM
  • Preferred full facility hold: approximately 6:00 AM–4:00 PM to allow for setup, event execution, awards, breakdown, and growth in attendance

Can the facility provide access the evening before the event for preliminary setup?

Friday evening setup needs may include

  • Dropping off equipment
  • Staging tents, signage, barricades, coolers, sponsor materials, and event supplies
  • Leaving materials staged safely off the field and out of the way until Saturday morning
  • Athlete pre-registration
