These Terms govern your use of the APEX Athlete platform — the website, mobile apps, scoring tools, and live competitions operated by APEX Athlete LLC (“APEX”).
A complete Terms & Conditions document is being finalized with legal counsel. In the meantime, by using APEX you agree to the policies described in our Privacy Policy, the rules published for any competition you enter, and reasonable conduct standards expected at live events.
Refund Policy
All event registrations are non-refundable unless event insurance was purchased at checkout.
When event insurance is offered for a given competition, athletes may add it during checkout for an additional fee. With insurance, you may request a refund of your registration up to 10 days before the event start date. Insurance fees themselves are non-refundable.
Refund requests inside the 10-day window, and refund requests on uninsured registrations, will not be honored. Transfers between athletes may be available case-by-case at APEX's discretion — contact us at compete@apexathleteofficial.com.
